RK FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (RKFMC) incorporated in the year 2012 in Hyderabad under the Companies Act, 1956. The first directors of the company were Mr. C.V. Koteswara Rao and N.V. Gangadhara Rao, Chartered Accountants who incorporated the company with prior permission of ICAI. The current directors of the company are Mrs. Anurupa Chunduri and Mr. C.V. Koteswara Rao.
